و بر مبنای استانداردهای آموزشی بینالمللی، مأموریت دارد بستری فراهم آورد که در آن هنرجویان و هنرمندان جوان بتوانند با بهرهگیری از اساتید برجسته، تجهیزات حرفهای و محیطی الهامبخش، استعدادهای خود را شکوفا سازند و مسیر حرفهای خود را در عرصههای گوناگون موسیقی، نقاشی، طراحی، و هنرهای اجرایی دنبال کنند.
ما باور داریم که هنر، زبان مشترک انسانها و ریشهی فرهنگ و هویت هر جامعه است. از این رو، «کنی کالج» با تأسیس این دفتر جدید در تهران، بر آن است تا زمینهی تعامل فرهنگی میان ایران و کانادا را گسترش داده، فرصتهای آموزشی و همکاریهای هنری بینالمللی را توسعه دهد، و بستری برای نمایش آثار هنرمندان نوظهور فراهم آورد.
