In Canada, all medical information of patients is stored in a special portal. The healthcare system in Canada is controlled provincially
Each province operates under the supervision of the College of Pharmacy.
PEBC is responsible for evaluating Canadian and non-Canadian pharmacists.
Access to patient information in the health system is possible only by people who have the necessary qualifications, such as doctors, dentists and pharmacists.
Transfer of information between pharmacies is done only by fax. Even doctors are in contact with pharmacies by fax and not by e-mail.

📚 Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Note: The Application Fee is Non-Refundable under all circumstances. Refunds mentioned below pertain only to the registration fee, excluding the non-refundable application fee.
  • Time of Registration: The time of registration is defined as the day when part or all of the registration fee has been transferred.

Refund Conditions

Condition for Course Withdrawal Registration Fee Refund Policy
1 to 3 Days After Registration
(A) The student has NOT logged into the system and has NOT received a username and password. 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
(B) The student HAS logged into the system OR has received a username and password. 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
3 to 7 Days After Registration 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After 7 Days from the Time of Registration No Refund (0%) of the registration fee will be provided.

Conditions for withdrawing from the course and returning the registration fee:

  • One day to 3 days after registration:
    • If the student has not entered the system and has not received a username and password, 100% of the registration fee will be returned.
    • If the student is logged in or has a username and password, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • From 3 to 7 days after registration:
    • If the student requests to withdraw from the course, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • After 7 days from the time of registration:
    • The registration fee will not be refunded.

Important Note: Under no circumstances will the application fee be refunded after registration.
