📚 Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Note: The Application Fee is Non-Refundable under all circumstances. Refunds mentioned below pertain only to the registration fee, excluding the non-refundable application fee.
Time of Registration: The time of registration is defined as the day when part or all of the registration fee has been transferred.

Condition for Course Withdrawal	Registration Fee Refund Policy
1 to 3 Days After Registration
(A) The student has NOT logged into the system and has NOT received a username and password.	100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
(B) The student HAS logged into the system OR has received a username and password.	80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
3 to 7 Days After Registration	50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After 7 Days from the Time of Registration	No Refund (0%) of the registration fee will be provided.

Conditions for withdrawing from the course and returning the registration fee:

One day to 3 days after registration:
- If the student has not entered the system and has not received a username and password, 100% of the registration fee will be returned.
- If the student is logged in or has a username and password, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 3 to 7 days after registration:
- If the student requests to withdraw from the course, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After 7 days from the time of registration:
- The registration fee will not be refunded.

Important Note: Under no circumstances will the application fee be refunded after registration.
