Child Growth and development
With a focus on physical, cognitive, linguistic, and socioemotional development, this course offers a historical and theoretical knowledge of development over the life span. The students will cover the most popular life-span development theories and methodologies. We’ll examine the genetic and environmental elements that affect a person’s growth. Risks related to developmental delays or concerns will be investigated. The tactics that can be applied in the classroom to satisfy each student’s unique needs will also be covered by the students.
Admission Requirements
When a baby is born, the infant has entered an overwhelming world full of new sounds, sights, feelings, and experiences. In order to make sense of these perceptions, infants must undergo the growth and development of their bodies, motor skills, and the functional abilities of their minds and brains. They must also physically grow into children and eventually adults. Although the progressive growth and development of infants into eventual adults may seem complex and chaotic, it is actually very orderly. This is because biological development takes place in an organized and sequential order.
